Massage Therapies

Weight-Loss Program

This is a six-week program of longer, higher temperature steam treatments for clients who want to lose inches, weight, and burn fat.  The higher temperatures help to increase metabolism and actually burn fat and rid the body of toxins. Additionally, good nutritional habits and regular exercise will greatly improve results. May be combined with the Ultra Detoxification Program for even greater benefits. Cellulite Melt

This is a four-week program of two treatments per week that last 75 minutes each. This therapy stimulates circulation and detoxifies stagnant cellulite-prone areas as it exfoliates and softens the skin, thus creating a sense of well-being.  It starts with skin brushing followed by a contour cream with essential oils to help increase circulation. Next, the application of seaweed or mud draws out toxins and a herbal- infused steam treatment further stimulates the release of accumulated toxins. Good nutritional habits in addition to regular exercise will greatly improve results.
